In response to inquiries on behalf of our members, the NC Department of Transportation has given assurances that resurfacing on North Norton Road, from NC Highway 107 to Norton Road, will begin next year.
The contract for full repaving in 2016 has been submitted and is expected to be funded shortly. In the meantime, a commitment has been made to repair the road’s worst damaged areas next summer.
