Bilingual Talk

Business Conversational Spanish

A 10-week course focused on the most common business conversations — the kind you have multiple times a day, in English with clients, customers and employees. Now have them in Spanish, as well. Each week, new vocabulary and phrases are added at a modest, manageable pace, layered onto what you’ve already built, from the weeks before. After 10-wks, your essential business conversations are solid, confident, & easy to say without hesitation.

Recruitment, Retention & Results

Stronger Than the Storm

Recent mountain storms reminded us how quickly conditions can change — and how essential preparation truly is.

Through ELEVATE, the Cashiers Area Chamber is building a proactive Disaster Preparedness & Business Continuity framework designed specifically for small, mountain-based businesses. Our goal is to equip local employers with practical planning tools, coordinated emergency resource guidance, and operational continuity strategies so businesses can protect their teams, serve their customers, and recover more quickly when disruptions occur.

We are currently awaiting notice on a grant award that will help fund this initiative and expand access to training, templates, and expert facilitation. Stay tuned — and stay prepared.
