Mission Health and HCA Healthcare entered in an Asset Purchase Agreement in 2018 which includes Highlands Cashiers Hospital. The local hospital board unanimously voted to support this transaction and the Mission Board gave its final approval. This is a great opportunity for the health and wellness of the Cashiers Area and for ensuring sustainable, quality medical care on the Plateau.
